stuff'd noses, earaches, and aisle seats
Sinus congestion... and a case of bad hearing to boot.
I can tolerate this cold... I really can. But when the blocked sinuses end up in a plane... that's a different story.
not only does my nose need clearing every ten seconds, but my ears frickin' hurt because of the pressure... the pressure that unfortunately cannot be relieved through swallowing, yawning, or blowing my nose because all my sinuses are clogged... -_-
and so all the pressure builds up in the ears and what i end up with is a bad earache even after i get off the plane -_-
couldn't even get up to blow my nose half the time because i was stuck in between two grown men the whole time.
what's the use of reserving an aisle seat if they're going to change it the last minute???
both times i was getting on the plane... handing the person my ticket, they were like: "oh... i'm sorry, someone took this seat, we're going to have to reassign you."
ok... then why'd you make me pour over my seat decision for a good 10 minutes when i was getting my ticket online?!?!?! why didn't you save me the trouble and just say that i didn't really have a choice???
sigh... and! and!! they didn't even have the little foldy thingies on the seats... next to your head so that it won't roll off into the next seat... so my head was lolling back and forth the whole tiresome ride. -_-
i mean, i like airports, airplanes, and traveling in general... but... when i want an aisle seat... i want an aisle seat. not the sandwich seat. -___-^^
so give me my aisle seat already.
